In order to confirm a booking, advance deposit 25% of the total cost or 1 night (which ever is greater) will be required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: full refund of deposit
Cancellations within 21 days before due arrival: advance deposit is retained
No show or cancellation after arrival: advance deposit is retained
